Our one-of-a-kind pizza is 100% handmade crafted with local organic ingredients. The dough is made in small batches, mixed by hand and fermented up to 72 hours.  Par baked in a square pan, with a crisp crust, cloud-like dough that is substantial and delicate. All squares are topped with tomato sauce, oregano and cheese, along with traditional, delicious seasonal ingredients. The result is a light crispy and fulfilling pizza that will have you desiring more.
